OVERVIEW:

The Senior New Market Development Manager (Sr Manager, Sales Channel Support) dedicated to lead this new initiative will manage a phenomenal team of Leasing professionals. The candidate must be ready to take on this new and exciting venture, be committed to meeting the challenge of creating innovative financing solutions, programs and promotions all while pioneering and expanding in new markets.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Support Team (Inside, Single Points of Contact, ‘SPOC’ & Outside Relationship Managers, (‘ORM’) who are dedicated in supporting both dealer and manufacturer relationships for activities outside of the traditional product line.
  • Manage team ensuring individual and team monthly, quarterly and annual volume goals and metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Act as a liaison and knowledge source being the primary point of contact with respect to transactional assistance, training and promotional requests while also assuming a high profile role in supporting problem resolution.
  • Provide training education and support, create and update presentational material with respect to lease training and offerings for sales, including material for end-users.
  • Leverage internal technology to create customized reporting for the SPOC /ORM associates to more effectively support sales.
  • Develop and grow the platform to align with industry standards with both processes and promotions.
  • Assist in developing finance programs and promotions and provide regular metrics measuring programs effectiveness.
  • Support and facilitate process improvements working with channel counterparts to improve communication and process enhancements.
  • Provide internal support as a subject matter expert for sales and customer queries relating to contract structure, rates, promotions, and residuals.
  • Facilitate internal resolution on any documentation or invoicing/billing challenges.
  • Ensure effective communication with credit and collections to facilitate resolutions on pended credit applications
  • Partner with credit, documentation and bid group to support approvals and any changes to lease terms.
  • Plan, organize and execute projects in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Manage to budget while ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual goals are met and /or exceeded.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience and management of 2 or more regular full-time employees
  • 9+ years of demonstrated Sales experience
  • Proven record in Business Development
  • B2B experience with success closing at “C” level
  • Success in prospecting large organizations and forming partnerships
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a sound financial services skill set
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Tvalue proficiency
  • Up to a 50% Travel Expectancy
  • Performs duties with limited supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport/relationship building, listening and follow up skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, qualitative and quantitative skills required.
  • Individual must possess a clean valid state driver’s license in order to obtain the position
  • This position requires driving, therefore a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Additionally, because this position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies.

How to Apply
