Freelance Product Admin Specialist

ROLE DESCRIPTION –

Possesses specialized knowledge or skills in a particular functional area. A developing professional, working towards full proficiency in the job role. Receives general instruction for manager on expected work outcomes and exercises good judgement in day-to-day matters. Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager but may report to a senior professional individual contributor when business needs dictate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS –

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 of related experience and general skill of Windows office tools like excel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –

Product Administration department handles budget control, hardware and consumable procurement, product control including inventory control and shipment related, price sheet maintenance.

This position is to manage some part of the LFP consumable and Dream Labo(Commercial Photo Printer) procurement, inventory control, handling shipment to Canon Americas affiliate companies and outside of Canon groups, and price sheet maintenance for OEM business.

OTHER EXPECTATIONS (including field of education, motor vehicle, travel, OT)

Knowledge of Administration is a plus. Preferred that the individual can speak Japanese.

 

This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday with an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
