Our client is a full service, multi-discipline, consulting engineering firm specializing in detail design, project and construction management services for the commercial and industrial sectors. We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a strong background with HVAC design.

Responsibilities: 

• Candidates will be expected to be detail oriented, creative, and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project and budget management skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Must be physically capable of visiting construction sites and clients’ facilities.
• Design and develop mechanical systems.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems and prototypes.
• Strong design knowledge with HVAC systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline
• HVAC design background

Must have:

• A completed undergraduate degree in an engineering field relevant to mechanical systems.
• Specific experience or background in HVAC system design is necessary.
