• The Auditor is predominantly focused on audit projects covering DTCC’s Financial Risk Management processes and will participate in all aspects of various audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting (including assisting with issue drafting).
• The Auditor’s key measure of success is identifying meaningful potential issues regarding the design and effectiveness of controls and creating comprehensive documentation to support his or her work.
• The Auditor should demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, be a good team player, and be able to work independently under guidance. Moreover, the Auditor should take accountability for personal growth and professional development.

• Audit Execution:
• Consistently demonstrate an ability to complete risk-focused fieldwork on time, with a focus on the assessment of quantitative methods, calculations, and analysis.
• Fully resolve review notes and apply learning from those review notes to future projects
• Strategic Control Impact:
• Identify meaningful issues from audit fieldwork
• Work closely with auditees to validate timely progress and completion of agreed remediation plans

Qualifications:

• Combined minimum of 3 years’ experience in audit or risk management is required.
• Some background particularly in quantitative analysis, model risk management, market, credit, or liquidity risk would be desirable.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent.
• FRM or CFA would be desirable
