Our team is currently looking for an experienced Recruiter with Account Management abilities to co-ordinate all aspects of service delivery to one of our most valued clients. Based primarily on site, you will be responsible for the coordination of large numbers of staff; from recruitment, inductions, on boarding, HR queries, and providing an industry-leading level of service, not only to our client’s management team but also our candidates. This position would suit someone from an scientific, healthcare, pharma, life science etc.

MUST HAVE: 

• Must have a BA degree
• Must have 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience within the pharma/biotech/medical device space
• Must have experience overseeing and executing the full recruitment life-cycle
  • Sourcing internal applications
  • Sourcing external applications
  • Resume review
  • Initial screening
  • Submission creation
  • Hiring team follow-up
  • Scheduling of additional interviews
  • Candidate follow-up
  • Extending verbal offers
• Experience working as a business partner to clients and managing client expectations at a high level
• Successful track record of exceeding recruitment metrics and goals
• Proficient reading and writing skills
