Freelance Technical Program Manager III
Job Description
This role is onsite 2 to 3 days/week in office.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating and implementing Production Change Management strategies and plans at scale, that maximize adoption and usage. You will drive and implement a unified change management framework, processes, and activities across multiple projects and platforms using a no-CAB mental model. Your work and your approach to work are exemplary: Employing proven methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and repeatable change management approaches are followed. You are passionate about automation in service operations. You are a collaborative partner, developing relationships with stakeholders, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and others impacted by change.

Skills:
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience related to Production Change Management.
- You have a detailed understanding and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools for code, database, infrastructure and configuration changes.
- You must be proactive, self-directed, and skilled at facilitating meetings by utilizing effective presentation skills.
- Work experience in information technology SOX compliance
- You must have experience utilizing Jira or Service Now for change management.
- Experience in large scale global product launches thru a scalable automated release pipeline workflow leveraging CI/CD workflows and QA automation workflows.
- Familiar with build and delivery tools similar to Maven, Gradle, Bazel for build, and GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD or similar for delivery.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for technical documentation.
- Ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve business goals, including the use of data to drive improvements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Ability to work well in a matrix environment with internationally based teams
- A proven track record of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
