This role is contract to hire and is onsite from Day 1 with the Hybrid Work Model !

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal clients on requirements
• Plan, manage and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications.
• Creating and managing BRD/FRD/TRD/User Stories for ETL and BI solution
• Leading ETL/BI requirements and design
• Determine if requirements are actionable for the ETL/BI team
• Collaborate with ETL/BI development team to communicate requirements
• Assess requirements for completeness and accuracy

MUST HAVE

Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

Expert level in MS excel
Working knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle Database. Knowledge of Snowflake database and Rest API
Basic understanding of Jira tool and Power BI

NICE TO HAVE

The ability to write/debug basic SQL queries is a plus.

• Present BI dashboards to the clients
• Perform audits on data and resolve business-related issues.
• Perform monthly dashboard creation and publication as necessary

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Ability to tie in multiple disparate data points provided by different stakeholders to succinctly communicate issues at hand and design an appropriate solution to stated and unstated problems.
• Ability to take on a consultative approach to probe for insights that will influence the overall technical solution.
• Ability to quickly understand business goals, objectives, and existing architectures.
• Ability to lead/facilitate data definition meetings with the data owners to gain consensus on data definitions.
• Ability to document and communicate existing and proposed solutions to client and internal ETL/BI, team.
• Ability to support the processes and tools used in the transformation processes from development to production.
• Participate in the estimation of tasks and assist in the development of project plans.
• Ability to manage changes and challenges in existing working patterns and processes.
