INSIDE SALES DEVELOPMENT REP:
We are looking for an experienced, articulate and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and develop our outbound sales strategy.

This key inside sales role will support the ongoing growth of the business and offers the opportunity for professional development and promotion.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for owning the identification and development of quality sales opportunities. They will prospect and nurture new leads from outbound activities and build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to deliver on monthly targets. They will act as the initial point of contact with potential new customers & will need to have excellent researching skills to identify the relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. They’ll spend a lot of time making phone calls and preparing lists. Lead generation is their main responsibility, finding and moving leads through a sales pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This will be a varied role, but examples of core responsibilities are:

• Research and identify potential customers and business partners for Proventeq.

• Generate interest and create sales opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, email outreach and social selling.

• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop target lists and qualify inbound and outbound leads.

• Work closely with sales and marketing to develop campaigns and go-to-market strategy.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Three years plus experience in an outbound sales role in a B2B technology organisation.

• Experience with Microsoft products and partners

• Cold calling experience.

• Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg and Leadfeeder to create relationships with prospects.

• Experience in running campaigns using lead generation tools like HubSpot, Engage, mailchimp etc

• Excellent interpersonal, telephone and influencing skills.

•Passionate about technology.

• Right to work in the US

• Experience with SharePoint or similar ECM products

• Experience with Dynamics CRM
