Full-Time Client Partner – Sales

Job Description

Client Partners are responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a project to the client’s satisfaction and within agreed scope and timelines. In addition, Client Partners manage several high-level client relationships, oversee multiple projects simultaneously and look for opportunities to expand existing relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Build and manage senior client relationships (expectations, communications, escalation, etc.)
  • Own and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets with existing accounts
  • Understand the client’s culture, capabilities, team structure and goals to ensure success for the client
  • Set project quality and performance standards
  • Navigate conversations with senior business clients to gain additional work for the company
  • Ensure that the account plan for each client is a comprehensive, multi-layered strategy
  • Drive strategic initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals with your internal and client teams
  • Work closely with the business development team to explore and drive plans to penetrate the identified opportunities
  • Manage and forecast succession planning for the key roles on the account
  • Inspire, coach and mentor junior team members to build a positive, collaborative working environment for the team
  • Be actively involved in company initiatives such as hiring, training and events

Requirements

  • 10 -15 years of experience working within projects for a technical consulting firm, digital related, working onsite with clients
  • 5+ years of account management experience with clients $1B+ revenue
  • Successful experience growing accounts by expanding your company’s presence on site with a client
  • Accountability for $2MM+ annual revenue growth
  • Demonstrated technical and business aptitude that allows you to understand, translate, and guide discussions and decisions at a   strategic  enterprise level as well as at a detailed execution level
  • Ability to influence and work with many internal stakeholders
  • Exposure to agile development methodologies and lifecycle
  • Exposure to and interest in User Centered Design (UCD)
  • Experience leading teams with multiple discipline representations (especially technology, creative, media and strategy)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or related field
  • Must be open to travel (>25%)
